As Founder-CEO, Aliela sets KKST’s strategic direction, leads capital and institutional engagement, and oversees the development of scalable, bankable energy-backed infrastructure platforms. She is the architect of KKST’s integrated model, where solar generation underpins long-term social and economic infrastructure.
With a background in architecture and development consulting, Aliela brings a systems-driven approach that aligns energy economics, governance, and delivery, positioning KKST at the intersection of energy transition and infrastructure financing in Southern Africa.

Datacenter & Linux Infrastructure Lead – Project Baobab
Anthony Stalker
Anthony is a Prague-based infrastructure engineer specialising in Linux, datacenter migrations and high-availability systems. He brings hands-on experience managing IBM Power and zSeries environments, HA clustering and enterprise storage to strengthen Project Baobab’s technical backbone and ensure resilient, scalable compute for Africa’s first solar-powered AI cluster

Caroline heads our legal research efforts, expertly navigating the regulatory landscape to support Karibu Kwetu's projects and operations. Her meticulous approach and extensive legal insight ensure compliance, risk management, and effective governance, strengthening our ability to deliver sustainable and innovative energy solutions throughout Namibia and Africa.

Christian Spangenberg
Christian Spangenberg is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Karibu Kwetu Solar Trading (KKST), where he leads engineering, technical planning, and project execution across the company’s renewable energy portfolio.
With over 30 years of experience in the global energy sector, he brings deep expertise in renewable energy systems, power distribution, and infrastructure delivery, ensuring KKST’s projects are technically robust, bankable, and operationally reliable.
As CTO, he is responsible for translating KKST’s strategic vision into high-performance energy assets, overseeing system design, installation, and long-term operational integrity across Namibia and the wider region.

Youth Engagement & Advocacy Lead
Andreas Robert
Robert Andreas is a passionate advocate for the empowerment of Namibia’s youth. Through his leadership with UNFPA, the Municipality of Okahandja, and as Executive Director of Miss NGO Namibia, he has helped shape national youth policy and elevate young voices in key decision-making spaces. At Karibu Kwetu, he leads impactful youth-focused outreach and advocacy initiatives that promote equity, education, and civic participation. His mission is to help create a Namibia where every young person is empowered to lead, contribute meaningfully, and build a more inclusive and sustainable future.

Imani Lishati
Imani is our expert in industrial automation and control systems, specializing in protection and SCADA solutions. With a focus on security and reliability, she leads initiatives that ensure efficient energy management and robust infrastructure, supporting Karibu Kwetu’s mission to deliver sustainable and innovative energy solutions across Namibia and Africa.
