Karibu Kwetu Partners with Archstorming on the Sirimba Model

Karibu Kwetu Solar Trading is proud to announce its official partnership with Archstorming, an international architecture competition platform, to advance the Sirimba Model — a pioneering initiative designed to redefine education, energy access, and community empowerment across Africa. Through this partnership, Karibu Kwetu and Archstorming will launch a global architectural design competition focused on developing the flagship Sirimba School, a sustainable, community-driven education facility powered by renewable energy. The competition will attract world-class architects, designers, and engineers to create innovative, inclusive, and scalable solutions tailored for African realities.

The Sirimba Model combines renewable energy infrastructure with modern, holistic education systems, offering a blueprint for self-sustaining, socially impactful development. The design competition will serve as a catalyst to generate investor-grade documentation, research insights, and visibility necessary to scale the Sirimba Model beyond Namibia and into other African nations.

By working with Archstorming, Karibu Kwetu ensures that the Sirimba Model is not only visionary but architecturally and technically sound — setting the stage for a transformative shift in how education and community empowerment are delivered across the continent.
